QuickBooks 2007 saved invoices as PDF could not print

Hi everyone,

On my computer I’ve installed Windows 7 64 bit, QuickBooks 2007.

Now I am having problem whenever I want to print invoices that are saved as PDF in QuickBooks.

This issue I didn’t have when I had installed windows Vista 64bit.

Could this be because of OS?

Everything else works great. Any suggestion is more than welcome.

QuickBooks 2007 saved invoices as PDF could not print

Note that this is a common problem with Intuit QuickBooks PDF converter when using Window 7 64Bit with previous QuickBooks versions like 2007 release: note that a PDF printer or driver is added automatically when installing QuickBooks. With 64 bits operating system this was solved by a QuickBooks release R7 Release hence you will need to download the release from this site.

Alternatively Check whether QuickBooks PDF converter is properly installed: Click Start – Printer & Faxes or control panel – Hardware & Sounds – View Device & Printers this might be version 3.0 or 2.0 Search the location of qbwpr32.dll on intuit QuickBooks program files and rename to qbwpr32.old Next go to intuit website and download a dll fix for qbwpr32.dll. (Note that you will find more on installation details with the dll provided) paste the file in this the renamed file folder. Restart QuickBooks and this solve the problem
