Hi experts, A friend caused a misuse in the system ,is it my responsibility or web hosting Ireland responsibility ?

If something wrong happened to your website because maybe of improperly using the resources or tools in the control panel of the website, I’m not sure if the web-hosting site is still liable for the problem it caused. The main role of the web-hosting site is to only host your website so it will be available and accessible over the internet and nothing else. Without them no one will be able to visit or access your website.

You are only the one responsible for every action done with your site because you are the one doing the changes and have direct access to the website’s tools and other resources. It’s your sole responsibility and no one else should be blamed for misusing the available tools.
