Method 1-

Step 1- Choose the option of Settings, then Update & security and then Recovery.

Step 2- Enter Reset into the search tab.

Step 3- There will be two options: Reset this PC and Advanced start-up.

Step 4- Click on the Reset this PC.

Step 5- Choose latter option out of the three: Keep my files, Remove everything and Restore factory settings.

Step 6- Then clean the drive.
