Why import music from iPod hangs my computer?

Hi guys. I am using window 7 professional 32-bits on a dual core computer and facing problem with file transfer from iPod to computer. IPod connects with computer successfully but when I try to import music from iPod to computer, all applications hangs and nothing works properly. As I have tried through iTunes and check “enable disk use” but after this compute does not respond. Please tell me what to do?

Hello there Bolton,

I know it feels bad when you want to transfer some files from your phone to computer when suddenly the computer can't get ahold of what you want.

Your problem may vary in your RAM memory, please do check your system requirements if it fit to installed with windows 7. Visit for the system requirements.

Why import music from iPod hangs my computer?

Hi,

In this case you can do one thing  with your iTunes, proceed "Help > Operate Diagnostics". Uncheck your containers apart from DVD/CD checks, and click on "Next". Once you complete to the ultimate display, click the "copy to clipboard" key and stick your diagnostics right response in this article.Hoping this will help you to solve your problem.
