To install Adobe flash player on your android tablet. You need to download APK and allow unknown sources.

Step 1: Open settings  Security on your tablet.

Step 2: Check the Unknown Sources to install the application on your android tablet.

Step 4: Select the version required and download it to your tablet.

Step 5: Open the APK file that is downloaded and install it on your tablet.

Step 6: The app icon will appear in the launcher. Open it and configure your required settings.

Unfortunately no, you cannot. The most recent versions of the Android mobile operating system no longer support installation of the Adobe Flash Player plug-in because the mobile platform itself already supports flash-based contents. This means whatever website you access on your web browser with your Android device will display or run flash contents. Also, Adobe stopped developing Flash Player plug-ins for mobile devices.

However, earlier versions of the Android platform and several earlier Smartphone brands and devices support the Flash Player plug-in. If you have one of those earlier devices, I’m not just sure where you can download a compatible Flash Player plug-in or if Adobe still offers downloads of the Flash Player plug-in for mobile.
