Hello Techyv users,

I need to edit and resize few pictures for my personal use on my Windows XP Desktop Computer. Please send me list of few very good software that cuts pictures on Windows XP which supports a wide number of image file formats. Software should be very low on resources.

HI Lara,

Image editing is a common computer work is now. Increasing of photographers, travellers and amateur photo shooters all need a good image editor, Photoshop, and Lightroom are two best photo editing and manipulating software. But these are very heavy, But you can get some mini software in online.

Hi Ivonne Lara,

Here are some of good photo editors that may suite what you will do like cutting pictures.

 

1. Irfanview it is a fast and excellent tool for editing pictures, supports a wide array of image formats, batch edit and conversion, cut/crop, watermark image and many more. It's also free to use.

2. PhotoScape all-in-one photo editor with many features like cropping, red eye removal among others. It's easy to use, stable and free.

3. PicPick can handle basic photo editing as well as some advanced tools that lets you use it without opening a high resource editor. It's also free.
