The file ‘Recorder’ cannot be opened

Hi Guys,

I have HTC Fuze with Energy Raphael.I really adore the device, and it has been working immaculately.

However recently it has posed problems as I am unable to use the Voice Recorder.

Every time I open the Voice Recorder by Navigating to it via Start > multimedia, I get what appears below

 

 

The file Recorder cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found.

 

If the problem persists,try reinstalling or restoring the file."

Hello,

Regarding this matter. You are having a problem with compatibility, the video recorder that you have downloaded did not meet all the requirements needed to be extracted in your operating system which cause problems like this. Or the website is not allowed by the security setting of your system which is very important. The security setting gives the best way to accommodate the system of the client and this is necessary. In your case , I suggest that you uninstall the recorder program and install a compatible version for you to be able to record.
