Hello, experts! I am a CSS engineer. At the initial period of learning I am facing some problem of color combination. As well as I am losing control over the perfection of color. At this moment, I need the support of you to convert JPG to 256 BMP.

How to convert JPG to 256 BMP

Greetings Heather A Kelly,

Converting an image from jpg to bmp is quite easy. If you are using Windows open up paint

1. Start -> Run type paint and press Enter (Win + R is keyboard shortcut)

2. Once in paint go in the top left corner and select the blue icon (like on the image below) and Go Open. (If it's Windows XP go to File -> Open)

3. Find the image you want to convert and open it.

4. Go to the same blue icon and instead of Open Go Save As.

5. Select the name and on the drop down list of extension set 256 BMP.

6. Click OK

Simple as that. If you are using MAC you can use Paintbrush. I don't have MAC but I think it's the same like on Paint.

Hi dear

Thank you for your questions.

There are so many options by which you can easily convert your file.

You can do it manually.

But as par my opinion you should use the online convert tool. By which you can easily convert your any file so easily.

Though you can do it manually. But I think the online system is more flexible way rather than manual.
