What’s causing the connection to slow down, when I bring my iPhone close to my laptop?

Also, what are the top most practical, typing shortcuts?

IPhone connectivity issues when iPhone is close to laptop

Electronic devices using wireless communications are very prone to interference. When your iPhone is close to your laptop computer, the wireless signal from the computer itself, as well as the Bluetooth card’s signal and any other wireless devices on the computer, will interfere with the wireless communications on the iPhone and vice versa.

This is true especially if both systems are using the same frequency when communicating wirelessly, like for instance, wireless G connectivity using 2.4GHz frequency.

The iPhone also has the antennas located outside the case and is prone to getting shorted by your skin when you hold the phone.

If you’re holding the phone and you’re close to the laptop and this is when the problem happens, then it is likely that the problem is caused by the iPhone’s ‘death grip’ which is caused by the way you hold it when you put it near the laptop.

Hello! I think there's no issue on connection slowing down when two gadgets bring close to each other. The issue is how those two gadgets connect to the internet connection.

I mean how much connection they are using from the internet connection. For example, if they are connected in one connection or internet and  if your laptop downloads a video from video sites, there’s a possibility that the internet connection of your ipod become slower because the laptop takes more connection from the internet connection.

But if you will bring them close to each other there’s no issue to they’re internet connection. If you are talking about custom typing short cuts in Iphone I will give you a url that will help you.
