Failed to run Citrix Management Console Windows 7

I am having a serious problem running Citrix management console windows 7. I have installed it to my windows 7 but it is not running. Can't figure it out what the actual problem is? Please someone help me.

Hi there,

Usually when Citrix is not running, it is due to JAVA. There should be only that version of Java on your pc which is required by Citrix, any other should be deleted!

After Citrix is installed on your system you may install other versions of java on your PC, because no two versions of java can run at the same time on “Citrix Server”.

Follow these steps to solve the problem,

Uninstall any other version of Java other than the one that Citrix needs.
Uninstall/Reinstall the Citrix components.
Test to ensure the components are working.
Reinstall any other needed version of Java.
