Help on how to fix PES 6 crash on Windows 7

A few days ago, I encountered an issue with Pro Evolution Soccer 6.

While finishing the season, the game crashes and tells me that pes6.exe found a problem.

I thought I should try once more, reloaded the game but still the same error.

Reinstalled it, and nothing changes.

Can you tell me how to fix PES6 crash because I have searched every website there is, and found zero solutions.

This is caused by a Microsoft windows update KB917422 (MS06-051), this update might cause programs to stop unexpectedly with various errors. Uninstalling the update will fix the problem but may affect other installed programs; the best fix it to get another update from Microsoft which is able to resolve this.

Please download update from Microsoft and run it on your computer.
