Hello experts,

I am using Mac 64bit Operating System and trying to install MVR but it failed every time. I have tried every way to fix this error. Need some assistance and guidance. Showing you the full error image so I hope you can guide me well to resolve error. Thanks!

I tried searching the web for the program called MVR since I’m not familiar with the application. But the results are quite confusing because there are other programs called MVR and I don’t know which one is your program. In case you are using the Sony MVR studio for Mac app, check if your operating system is compatible with the program. The latest version is Sony MVR studio 1.0.02.

It supports OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion until OS X 10.11 El Capitan. If your operating system is anywhere in the middle, it should work on your machine. Try restarting the installation. But if your operating system is like OS X 10.7 Lion or earlier, I guess you should upgrade your operating system to something newer if not the latest.

It requires 2 GB RAM and minimum screen resolution is 1024 x 768. For Windows users, the latest version is Sony MVR studio 1.0.01. It requires Windows Vista Service Pack 2, Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10. The Sony MVR studio software is designed to be used with a Sony HDR-MV1 Music Video Recorder.
