Problem with noise reduction in the photograph

I am curious about whether you could or could not see noise reduction at the scale 1:1.  Others have said that you could only see it at the said scale.  I tested this and found that you could also see it if the image is above 74 pixels on the screen.  Has anyone ever tried this and found the same thing as I did?  And if you did, could you lessen the size such that even if there are different sizes, you could still see noise reduction?

If you are having trouble in noise reduction, you can download the newest version of it which photo noise reduction for free. Downloading it can actually help youfix your problem. Below are some of the features:

1. Blur/sharpen brush and Fix Red Eye brush
2. Noise Reduction
3. Crop & Resize and Distortions
4. Change Saturation brush
5. Clone brush and Change Brightness brush
6. Change Saturation brush

Problem with noise reduction in the photograph

Dear Friend,

Noise are the pixels which were not in the original scene.

It’s true that you may find noise if you enlarge the photo to really high ISO settings say from ISO 200 to ISO 1600 or sometimes even selecting high exposure.

However, the recent cameras or photo programs are not having such noise reduction problems. See an example from the attached photo.

Using trial version of Adobe Photoshop elements 11 will reduce noise for you.

Follow these steps:

1. Download Trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 11.

2. Install it,

3. Open the program from the installed icon,

4. Press Ctrl+J,

5. Duplicate layer of photo will appear,

6. Now go to filter menu then go to Noise,

7. Select “Reduce Noise” and enjoy noise reduction.
