Are there softwares or tools available to ensure that cloud computing service providers comply with service agreements and other regulations? If so, can you give me a list of the vendors?

How do I ensure that cloud computing service providers comply with agreements?

Cloud computing should ensure the rules and regulations are implemented. They should protect the data stored and confidentiality. Not just to protect them but they should comply with the agreement signed by the users.

To obtain these compliance, regulations and agreement, there are these so-called 3rd party organizations that will ensure this is implemented.

Here are the following organizations;

FISMA – Federal Information Security Act of 2002 is located in the United States and is an act of the US federal law enacted in 2002 as Title III of the e-government act of 2002. It brought attention to the government about cyber security and cost-effective security.

HIPAA – Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 is signed by President Bill Clinton to protect health insurance for workers and the family members.
