Is it complicated to set up the .NET Framework software with QShift? How is it different from the Enterprise software?

How to set up the .NET Framework software with QShift?

Hallo Audrey Scott,

Setting up .NET framework with Qshift is not a hard process. The moment you have downloaded it, you will install it and that it. It will be good to work with Qshift that way. In case you need any upgrades of the .NET framework, an update service that runs in the background will do that for you. The Qshift client too will update itself in the background.

Once you load Qshift onetime, you are done just as it with the .NET framework. Its on-demand services will require that there is an interface that is running on the computer you are using, or whichever other device for instance a PDA or a mobile phone.

How to set up the .NET Framework software with QShift?

I’m not sure if there is still another way of installing Microsoft .NET Framework than installing it normally as what all users are doing by simply launching the installer by double-clicking it and then wait for the installation to finish and that’s it.

No other configuration is needed. If you haven’t installed yet any version of Microsoft .NET Framework on your computer, you can download one from.

The latest version as of the moment is Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. You may also download previous as well as earlier versions of Microsoft .NET Framework from the same page together with .NET installation help if you are having problems on the installation.

If your application is not functioning correctly and it requires Microsoft .NET Framework, if you have one installed then you better upgrade it to possibly fix it.

Thanks friends, I am a normal computer operator, not an advanced operator. So I didn’t know I could do this task. With your lucid instructions, you helped me to do this task easily. Sharath, you’re right that I haven’t installed yet any version as I thought it was a complex task for me. From your provided link I have got the latest version of .NET Framework and after installing the latest one, I was rescued from the installation error. Really Sharath, your explanation was great and so easy that was, in a word, amazing. You provided a very informative solution about .NET Framework. Thanks a lot to you for your kind help.
