Guys, What exactly is this 4K resolution. I wanted to know where all it will be used in devices. I am interested in knowing about this 4k resolution and what is the maximum

What is 4K resolution ?

4K describes the one of the two high definition resolutions which are 3840 x 2160 or 4096 x 2160 pixels. 4K is times four of the present consumer high def. standards. Generally, it is the next method on Television Displays after the High Definitions. It pertains to a resolution of approximately 4,000 pixels wide and 2,000 pixels high. As of today, 4K is one of the top from the list of all the standards that are close to the same resolution and the Televisions that we are about to see this year will be entitled as a Quad HD. The figure below will give you a clearer view on the comparison of a variety of resolutions.

 

4K is the introduction to be executed on the home theater world such as the projectors and 3D's. Presently, the only website that offers video hosting that lets 4K videos to be stream is YouTube. As it permits 4096 x 3072 resolution.

What is 4K resolution ?

4K resolution is a standard for several resolutions of digital cinematography and computer graphics. This name was derived from horizontal resolution.

YouTube is the only video hosting service that allows 4K videos to be streamed.
