Mixcraft 6 software- Unknown decompression error

Hello ,

This is the following error image and message which i found in installing the Mixcraft 6 software on my computer.

How can this be solved ?

Error message : C;Program Files (x86)Acoustica Mixcraft 6Transport-Regular.otf . A decompression error has occurred (#2026) .Unknown decompression error .

Mixcraft 6 software- Unknown decompression error

Hello Gregory,

It is more likely that the error you are getting when installing Mixcraft 6 application on your computer is as a result of the setup application being corrupt. If you got the setup from the internet, you will need to do the following:

• Go back to the internet and download Mixcraft Software from a genuine site that offers genuine applications. Some of the highly recommended sites are MajorGeeks, SoftPedia and CNET Downloads.
• Make sure that the download process finishes successfully, and then try installing the application.

You can as well try cleaning up the system using the Disk Cleanup Utility to remove any files associated with the application that may be causing the issue, and then try reinstalling it.

Mixcraft 6 software- Unknown decompression error

Hello George,

Upon reviewing your question and after seeing the image that you provide. it is very clear that the decompressing error occurs if the file that you are working with is already corrupted. the easiest way to fix this problem is to get a new installer or download it again from a different source. hope i did help you and have a nice day
