Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security – Installation incomplete

Hello,

I receive the error message "Installation Incomplete" when installing Trend Micro Titanium 2012. My product is Trend Micro Titanium Antivirus Plus 2012 and my Operating System is Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 7.

 

Error message:

“Installation Incomplete. A problem prevented the installer from completely setting up Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security. No changes have been made to your computer. Please restart the installer to finish installing the software or check for more solutions online.

(Error code: #1602, 1001, 0x00e0120027)”

What can I do? Please help?

Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security – Installation incomplete

Hello Paul,

To resolve the issue you are getting when installing the Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security application, you will need to do the following:

1. First of all you will need to close the error message that you are getting.
2. And then you will have to restart your computer.
3. You will then execute HouseCall so that you can check for and as well get rid of the viruses and malware that may be on your system.
4. After you have done the above you can now reinstall your Trend Micro program.

To make things easier, you can check out the Premium Installation Service as well as Virus Removal Service on the Trend Micro Titanium Security website. Once you do that, an expert will diagnose and get rid of any threats that may be on your system and get your Titanium product up and running.
