Let me know the Characteristics of iBeacon technology

The iBeacon technology refers to a technology standard available for iOs & Android equipped mobile apps, in order to receive beacon signals from the surrounding. Thus, it delivers  hyper-contextual information to the clients within a micro-local scale, by detecting their location. The Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology is utilized here. iBeacon has some sensors within the store to detect the users position and the signal ranges.

 

 

In this manner, iBeacon proves to be very useful providing personal assistance in real world actions like shopping.
