Can’t delete or add contacts in my PDA

I have a problem with my PDA. I can't sync contacts into it. I can't delete and even add contacts on it. I've tried to seeks some help of a friend who has a PDA too but he had no idea on how to fix it. I just hope you someone could help me in this.

Hello there! I wish you put more information about your problem like are you trying to synchronize outlook with your pda or are you using windows vista etc. It is hard to give you advice without further details about your problem. Anyways, I can only give you the general fix to this kind of problem. Try turning off your firewall before synchronizing your pda. Check if that will work. Also, check if you have the correct sync options on the activesync. It is very possible that you have the wrong sync options that's why you are having a hard time syncing your pda. One last thing, you can try deleting the partnership then rebuild it in the ActiveSync. I hope that will do the trick.
