I can give you another solution for tally 9

1. Check your computer memory first your RAM should be mini mum 500MB– 1GB,yor problem should solve after you doing these,

2. Open tally.ini file now set default companies = no.save your file and back to tally. Again go to company information menu and press CTRL+ALT+R and rewrite that company

Here’s how to properly migrate from Tally 7.2 data to Tally.ERP 9. In Tally 7.2, double-click on the file “Tally72migration.exe” to start the data migration. Both the Tally 7.2 and Tally.ERP 9 data migrations will begin simultaneously in individual screens. After Tally.ERP 9 has been loaded, you will see “Ready for Migration” in the Migration Message pane. Select Migrate Data. In Select Company For Migration, choose the company from the “List of Companies”. See image.

In Tally.ERP 9 Data Migration Tool screen, select Yes to begin the data migration. The “Types of Masters” and “Types of Vouchers” that should be migrated from Tally 7.2 are displayed in the Migration Information screen. Tally.ERP 9 will prompt you with “Migrate Yes or No”. Click Yes to continue. See image.

During the process, the Tally.ERP 9 calculator pane shows the Masters and Vouchers migrated to Tally.ERP 9. See image.
