No audio in Blaze video DVD Copy 6.0.0

I just installed Blaze Video DVD Copy 6.0.0 to open and author DVD files.  Upon launching the app, you can see the visuals but no sound.  I tried opening other DVD files but still the same result.  Is this a codec issue?  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Thanks.

No audio in Blaze video DVD Copy 6.0.0

Did you try to play any audio file on outside Blaze? Or check if your computer is muted? You can also check on your sound card driver and see if it will work. If you can hear any sounds outside Blaze, try to re-install it. Download it from the link below:

No audio in Blaze video DVD Copy 6.0.0

Hi Campbell Parker:

Make sure that the audio is not muted on the application. Some cases, the audio is muted on the default settings. Also, check using www.youtube .com if the audio of you computer is functioning properly. You can also turn up the volume on the computer and the speakers to properly isolate the cause of the issue. If all of the audio setting of the computer and the speakers are good reinstall the application.

I have check the application and it is compatible with Windows 7 64 bit operating system.
