Hi! I have heard a lot about voice recognition soft wares and that they can used to increase the security of a particular system. User is only granted permission to use that system if voice matches. Can I use a voice recognition software for my laptop/computer to increase my computer's security and that it only gives access to the user(which is me) if my voice matches with the one already stored? Thanks!

Yes, you can use a voice recognition software to increase your computer’s security. This software will use voice as the password to unlock. Some modern computer has this feature built in. You just need to on this feature and you can start using it.

But you might face issues with this type of system. Like if your PC voice recognition system is damaged and it cannot recognize voice then you will not be able to unlock you system. You have to wait until the system is repaired. Also for any reason if you are in a huge noisy area and you try to unlock you computer by voice perhaps computer will not be unlocked identifying your voice when there are a lots of noise. Still, if you want to use this you can use it surely.
