I bought a new laptop I was very happy, but it also has a problem what should I do, I don't understand why all machines having these problems if I prefer the new version, then why it has default I don't understand it my new Toshiba laptop is and it is having problem that I don’t know its restore settings please anyone can help me?

Following these steps:

1 shutdown PC

2 remove any hardware access like mouse keyboard

3 AC plugs and work make sure it

4 press 0 key while powering on PC release it when recovery warn show
