Need help on my Micromax mobile q7

I'm having problems with my 2-month old phone. 

I have a Micromax Mobile Q7 EZPAD GSM 900 Dual Sim Phone. 

The display screen sometimes flickers and when it stops, the keypad stops functioning. 

Is this a software or hardware problem and could this still be repaired?

Hey there Mark,

I am sorry to hear that your phone started giving you problems from the second month itself.

I definitely don't think it is a Software problem. Problems like these are generally hardware in nature. My guess would be that there is some connectivity problem on the motherboard which needs to be soldered.

I say you better hurry up to the nearest customer support in your area and utilize the handset warranty before it gets any worse.
