Sony’s very tiny Action Cam

Sony came up with a new camera which they call an Action Cam but still no official name or model type.

It is so small like a spy camera with the Exmor R CMOS and Carl Zeiss features.

Is it also going to be a rugged camera with a water-proof and shock-proof features?

Sony’s very tiny Action Cam

As this new HD Action Cam from Sony is not released yet we don’t have adequate information about the product and it’s features.

But Sony assured that ruggedized and waterproof housing will be available in this camera so that it can capture your death defying adventurous moments in any extreme condition.

I think this product you are asking here is so new that it is still maybe under its development stage. If it is so small like a spy camera then probably I can compare it with the world’s smallest Ethernet camera, the Flea3. Yes, it is indeed the world’s smallest Gigabit Ethernet camera measuring only 29 x 29 x 30 mm and weighing only about 58 grams.

It offers a total of twelve [12] monochrome and color CCD models that ranges from VGA to 5.0 MP. The Flea3 also has the same small, lightweight form factor as many industry-standard “ice cube” analog cameras.
