What is an easy thing to use?

In making some business aplications, emails,feeds, and calendars. That provides an easy to use, the one that has the capability to get my work done quickly. That has almost everything. What is the best thing to use for this kind of project, is Lotus notes user friendly or easy to use? How can I use that one?

According to your requirements I think the best solution is to use the Lotus Notes. You can successfully complete your requirements using Lotus Notes.

If you use the Lotus note version after version 8, they have very attractive and User friendly front end.
