Why do my New Folders get deleted as they have been created?

Recently i have come across a weird discovery, whenever I make a new folder it automatically gets deleted and it moves to the recycle bin.

I thought there must be a virus, but i downloaded a virus guard and scanned my laptop for viruses and i did not come across any virus. What could be wrong?

Why do my New Folders get deleted as they have been created?

Well, the virus has been already in the system and I don't think any antivirus van cure the thing. It is much better to format your system now.

It is the best solution to do with things like this. If the virus already attacks inside the system folders then there is no stopping so do what is must. This should be a learning experience for you, to have an antivirus installed on your PC before it becomes too late.

Note: Don't forget to back up files that are important. To you, but be sure to do this in safe mode.
