I think your computer is having a problem streaming any videos using your present version of Adobe Flash Player. The smoothness of the videos streamed on your web browser relies on the installed Adobe Flash Player of your computer.

This problem is usually caused by older if not outdated version of Adobe Flash Player. Check again the current version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer using the Add or Remove Programs applet of Windows. Click Start then Control Panel.

If not and you are still using an old version, update it to the latest version. I think this is the main reason why you are having problems watching streaming videos on your web browser.
