And it's going to be a software that can be used globally.

I am wondering if Samsung Galaxy S3 is the best smartphone now.

There is always a choice. All smartphones are alike rather they differ in OS or by features and specifications. In your question you wanted to know about Samsung galaxy s3 which is the latest smartphone from Samsung. This mobile has almost similar features as S2 and few additional features and they made it as S3.

When you trying to buy any mobile think why and what for you want to use that mobile and make a list of things that you want in your mobile. Then go for it either apple or Samsung or any other. Compare only those mobiles which give the similar features as given. Never compare Apple with Samsung because the features what they provide are all similar.

Samsung Galaxy S3 are usually called the pretender to the throne. But they remained the biggest challenge for iPhone 4S. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with a huge 4.8-inch screen. there have been releases that there are points that turned the Apple down and made Galaxy S3 on top of the list.
