Invalid Product Key” in HarmonyBuilder

When I displaced my previously activated type of HarmonyBuilder, the info reverts to the Exhibit version. Then, if I try to re-activate the program using my Key, a communication error says "Invalid Product Key". Why is that? If you have any solution for this, please let me know?

Invalid Product Key” in HarmonyBuilder

 

This problem might happen when the Internet is connected to various ways , such as the “Wireless Network Connection” and “Local Area Connection” . During your first time activation of the program, it will connect to one of the internet connections verified during the software registration. On that account, when you are using another internet connection, the registration will automatically be no longer identified.  

Therefore,in order to resolve this issue you need to connect to the appropriate connection and disable the rest connections. Please go to Start and select Control Panel. Next, choose Network Connections. Right-click on unnecessary  connection and choose Disable.
