Windows Server 2008–Manual Windows Update Error Code 8024402C.

What is this? Very annoying error for me. I update my window 20 times from previous 3 week But this error appear again and again. Why this message appears again and again when I try to start work in Excel or word this error appear again and again. Any one tell me how can I get rid from this error.

Windows Server 2008–Manual Windows Update Error Code 8024402C

You must disable the update options of your Microsoft Operating System. That message reminds you for the update available from the Microsoft Server. You are not connected to the internet, better to disable the updates option of your operating system and just update your system manually.

If you have already checked for updates and found some updates available for your operating system, download all updates needed and install.

This annoying message will never stop until you haven’t updated your operating system. So when you checked for the updates available, next to this is to download the updates and install into your operating system. Updates are good for security and reasons.

Windows Server 2008–Manual Windows Update Error Code 8024402C

This can be a problem of group policy. Are you working in a domain environment? Or are you using a single PC without a domain environment. Because seems to be that your updates comes from WSUS server, ask your administrator to check the settings of the WSUS server.

There is a problem with installing updates. Please ask your administrator to check the user permission of the user account also. If you need more about this please post a comment after this post.
