1. What version of Photoshop are you using? Are you on Win or Mac?
2. Is your copy of Photoshop up to date?
3. Have you tried restoring your prefs?
4. Where are you saving the file? To a local drive?
5. Network volume?
6. Have you tried saving to the desktop?

SOLUTION:

1. Try disabling OpenGL drawing in preference then restart Photoshop.
2. Try setting a different default printer then restart Photoshop.
3. Try disabling all third party plugins, then restart Photoshop.

Try to Delete some layer on your project and then try to save it again. There's definitely a bug in there.'

• If you are using MAC try to Re-create your reference file (this will reset your Photoshop preference to default)

Instruction:

1. Hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Command+Option+Shift in Mac) while starting up Ps
2. Click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"
