Does iPhone 5 have security system like Windows 8? If no then what are the security measures can take my its users?

The iPhone and Windows 8 phone has got more or less the same security features. There is one thing that Windows phone 8 hours and that is active directory. This tool is meant a company can assign policies to certain groups than maintaining a separate set of groups which is a time saver for IT.

 

One of the first things you should have on your iPhone 5 is "find my phone" app. Let your search for your phone on the GPS when it`s stolen. You can lock or/and wipe your phone remotely. The wallet is another nifty app that is preloaded on iPhone 5. IT is apps for your banking and financial apps. Create good passwords with alphanumeric characters to keep your data safe. Never tick “Remember Me” on site where sensitive data is used.

Hi there,

Some people are experiencing the same problem as you are. They have also tried plugging in their iPhone 5 using windows 8 but the USB is unrecognizable. You can try the following steps as they work fine for others:

• Run compatibility mode, start up all services and fire up iTunes 11 without first connecting your device.
• Connect your iPhone 5 and wait until iTunes will recognize it.

If it still doesn’t work, try downloading Windows 8 Pro Media Center to get iTunes 11.
