I am trying to connect my computer with my broadband modem, but I am unable to do so. I am getting an error 651 broadband connection failed. How to fix this?

How To Fix Error 651 Broadband Connection Failed?

One of the following steps will surely help you.

1 – Disconnect all the cables connected with your modem and computer. Switch off the power supply and wait for one minute. Reconnect all the cables and turn on the computer as well as the modem. Now try to connect.

2 – Update your network driver. Steps are given below –

a) Search for Device Manager in the start menu and open it.
b) Look for Modem.

c) Right-click on it.
d) Select “update driver”.
e) Look online for driver updates.
