Adobe premiere pro error registering the product

Hello experts !

Upon installing this product to a brand new machine (XP) with no other Third Party software yet installed, we activated the program using the “online” method, allowed the install to complete, then started Premiere. This error appeared and I need some expert solutions for my error please. Please help me..

Hello,

Your Premier Elements 7 installation is incorrect so this problem is arising. Install Premier Elements perfectly so that your problem will disappear.

First, uninstall Premier Elements 7. Run the installer again. Be careful with the installation directory’s path. It should not contain any special characters, such as, -, ‡ etc. The default installation directory should be chosen.

While registering your product, if you don’t have any “Company name” yet you choose to provide information in it, this problem might appear. If you give, make sure that the name is not larger than 40 single-byte or 20 double-byte characters.

If you have bought Adobe Premier Elements 7 with Photoshop Elements, you might have tried to register Premier Elements with the Photoshop Elements serial. Uninstall the program, install it fresh and provide the accurate Premier Elements serial number.

Your problem should go away.
