After launching the steam app, when I try to open the Steam store, I get the steam error code 130. I cannot access the Steam Store. Is there something wrong with my Steam client? Do I need to reinstall the Steam client to remove this error?

The steam error code 130 is basically an error code which means that there is a problem when connecting to a proxy server. This happens when you have selected a wrong proxy or have incorrect proxy configurations. This error is sometimes also caused when your computer is infected with some harmful malware. It is advised to run a complete virus and malware scan on your computer to make sure that any existing harmful files can be identified and removed.
