Java application class not found exception for check scan

Hi there,

Java applet class not found exception for check scan this is the error that I have today. I cannot skip this error and also I don’t know what is causing this. Does anyone have a solution for this error please ? Should I be worried ?

Java application class not found exception for check scan

Hello,

Java is a good programming platform. But it’s not up to troubles.

First, make sure that you have the latest Java Runtime Environment. Download JRE. Uninstall the older one and install the latest package.

If still no solution, try to clean the JRE cache. The “cache” files are located on “C:Users<username>AppDataLocalLowSunJavaDeploymentcache”. Delete them and run your application again. Also, make sure to clean the “Temporary Internet Files”. Go to Control Panel >> Java >> “General” tab >> Settings >> Delete Files.

Now, no more such issue is expected.
