Hello experts,
I am new to Outlook. I want to know that how Outlook works. I got most of the portion, just a little bit confuse about Send/Receive. Please explain how Microsoft Outlook works for send/receive.

Basically, The Send/Receive option exists for inbox facility, but it also exists for calendar, tasks and other options too. Although the functionality might differ.
If you want to change the frequency of the Send/receive mail, follow the steps given below.
- Open Outlook
- Hit on Send/Receive
- Click on send/receive Groups dropdown, and then hit on define send/receive option.
- Select the group for which you want to apply changes.
- Apply changes to schedule an automatic send receive every.
- Select OK.
