RAM : V-Gen PC 3200 512 Mb + Apacer PC 3200 512 Mb.
HDD : Western Digital (Blue) 160 GB.

VGA AGP match with this.

ATI VGA compatible with Motherboard ECS PM800-M2 (V1.0)?

Hello Fulton.
Â
Try this online calculator:
Â
Â
Based on the details you gave about your setup, your Pentium 4 3.0 GHz, 2 sticks of DDR SDRAM, 160 GB IDE drive, 1 DVD-RW drive coupled with an ATI HD 3650 Powercolor 512 Mb 128 Bit required 255 Watts of power whereas you setup with a Radeon 9600 Pro requires 200 Watts. It means your power supply and current can support either of the 2 choices of AGP cards.
Â
I suggest you try the online calculator by yourself since I do not know if there are any other devices on your computer that consumes additional power such as case fans, DVD-RW drives, other hard drives, 3rd party CPU fans, water cooling kit, add-on PCI cards and more.
Â
Hope this helps.
