Hello! I have started a new Start-up and have begun recruiting employees for working. I want to give them the basic instructions that they must follow during the working hours. Can anybody tell me, how to write a training manual in general?

The general things that you should keep in mind while writing a training manual includes:

1. Assembling the information;

This comprises of gathering all the necessary points required that the manual is going to cover.

2. Make a table of contents:

Organize the information into a meaningful group of chapters, sections, parts, etc.

3. Write Chapter previews:

Before beginning a new chapter, make sure that you write an information and brief description on what exactly the chapter is going to cover.

4. Summarize the chapter at the end.
