If your site has passed all the quality reviews, the GoDaddy service providers produce the site themselves, unless you send them a message stating that you would wish to do it yourself.

Anyways, to publish your Website by yourselves, follow the steps as given below:

1. Login to your account on GoDaddy.

2. Click on Website Design Services.
3. Choose the account you wish to use and then click on Manage.
4. Click Publish.

Your Website will get published.
