Windows Error Code Lookup Tool Application (ErrMsg)

There is this Windows Error Code Lookup Tool application which is according to some research that I read, this will help identify the Windows Error messages.

How this program works? Is this error box which says “ErrMsg” an error?  

My other question is, can this application also resolve related issues?

Please enlighten me on this matter.

Windows Error Code Lookup Tool Application (ErrMsg)

I’m not familiar with this little tool and this is the first I’ve heard of it. Just by looking at the name, I think it is used to help users find out the information behind the error code that they get when using Windows. For example, while you are using your computer you accidentally encounter an error that includes an error number in the dialog box. You can use this tool by entering the error number in the dialog box then it will display the information about the encountered error.

Maybe it will also display the information on how to fix it and maybe other possible solutions.
