Can anyone enlighten me about the Internal Server 500 error without the use of jargon. (Picture is asshown below). I want the simple steps to remove this. Please, technical world, I need help.

Similarly, if you are using .htaccess, check its configuration for syntax errors. To confirm .htaccess as the cause, try removing or renaming and try reloading the page. Minimizing PHP script attempts to connect to too many external connections also reduces the occurrence of the Internal Server 500 error.
