Missing Coded UI References cannot be found in VB 2012

The coded UI Testing Tool references could not be found by my build which I have created in Visual Studio 2012. It built fine without any problem when I built the same solution from Visual Studio 2010. Someone told me I have to upgrade the Build agent machine to Visual Studio 2012 but I am hesitating to perform this. Is there any thing else I can do to resolve this?

Missing Coded UI References cannot be found in VB 2012

Hello,

 

There doesn't appear to be an alternate choice to solve your problem. You have mismatched components, so you must upgrade. You can easily revert the upgrade if you are not satisfied with the result and would like to explore other options. Simply ensure that you create a restore point on your system and backup important files.
