File recovery in my phone

I usually connect my phone via USB cord and automatically get it without ejecting properly. Recently when I connected my phone, the computer detected that there were problems with my file and it needs to be scanned and fixed. So I did, but after doing this, some of the files in my phone were gone.

Is there a way to retrieve it or is there a default folder where my files may have been transferred after fixing it? I have a Windows 7 professional.

File recovery in my phone

Hello Jakie,

The files might be infected with some kind of virus. You should have scanned it then looked in the hidden files because sometimes folder create a shortcut file of the original file and hide the original folder. Otherwise connect the cable to PC and use some data recovery software.

 

You cannot recover your data directly because you have installed a totally new window after formatting the complete drive. There are many data recovery software in the market or you can download some from the internet. By using this software you can recover your old and deleted data.

File recovery in my phone

Most of the time, fortunately or unfortunately, we lose our important documents, picture, videos, songs, etc. To get back all things that have been deleted, formatted, or lost from our mobiles or computers, use the Recuva software. With the Recuva software, you can get back all you need. Download and install the Recuva software. Then, follow the instructions below:

1. Run the Recuva program.

2. Select the drive where your document was.

3. To scan, select the filename or path.

4. Below, click recover.

The program will look like this:
