Hello, the licensing cost for ms office multi user license $100/year and can be easily bought over the online portals. As comparable to other companies like Del , Amazon etc the price is higher i.e. $99/Year. Also it is more flexible compared to other companies and you can connect upto 15-20 users or at least 5-6 Macs at one time .also you can use the same in more than one computer too. As the product key comes over the email so can be normally used 3 times. So if download once can be used more 2 times if one of your computer crashes at the same time and so on.
