Need suggestion about software to open PCB and SCH files

Hello experts,

I want to open printed circuit board (PCB) as well as Designer Schematic Capture Binary (SCH) files of Dual Motor Control Kit.  How do I do it?  I've tried both the EAGLE (Easily Applicable Graphical Layout Editor) software and P-CAD 2006, but I was unable to open the files. Below, I have added the screenshot of the error. What program I need to use? Thanks a lot.

Need suggestion about software to open PCB and SCH files

I found a solution on your problem and I will give you a list of programs that will use .pcb and .sch as there file extension it would be more easier if you as the person whom you got the file.
.pcb= express pcb, tango, cadstar, traxmaker, orcad, protel, altium, power-pcb, PCAD, protus

If you want to know the source of a file open the .pcb file on a workpad the initial rows are the program that is used to run the .pcb file try this also on .sch.

.sch= Eagle cad, Microsoft schedule file, FTP voyager, orcad, P-CAD, PCB artist, PSpice, schedule+ file.
