Antivirus on Xp will not run

Hello experts,

Today I installed the new antivirus on my laptop with Windows XP and also I recently updated it and I expected that it will run smooth, without any errors. I was wrong, and I am stuck with this error, I reinstalled the game and the error is not solved. Can anyone help me to solve this ?

Antivirus on Xp will not run

Hello there,

 

It seems your PC/laptop is seriously infected by malwares, I suppose when you surf internet you get tons of odd pop ups asking to speed up your system for free etc.

Without looking at your system or atleast logs it is not possible to comment whether this is infected or not, but – you can follow these steps as security measure and then try to download and install your set up.

1.   Install good spyware like spybot

2.   Install malware and adware protection software

3.   Use any online free antivirus to scan and remove some of your virus

4.   Now download and run your set up afresh
