Hello,

I have this error for 2-3 days every time I want to connect to App Store. I know some friend who can connect and some who can’t because of this error. For the moment I thought that this may be a usual update to server, but not… Can anyone have any idea what this is all about? If this an error with my phone how can I solve it?

Though the error is referring to the network, it is not always the case. The problem could be anything from the application you used to connect to the store, network problem, or a problem in your account. Since I’m not sure what application it is you are using to connect to the app store and just in case you are using iTunes, make sure you update your version.

Problems with iTunes are normally caused by outdated versions. That’s why it is important to always use the latest version. To get the latest, visit iTunes 11.1.5 Download. For Windows, it supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 and up, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. If you happen to be using x64 Microsoft Windows, you can’t use this installer.

For x64 Microsoft Windows, visit iTunes 11.1.5 for Windows x64. This installer is for x64 Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. x64 Microsoft Windows XP is not supported. Once installed, try logging in to your account and see if you can connect to the Mac App Store. If you still get the same error, try connecting during off peak hours.

Also check that your computer has a good internet connection.
